Originally from New Jersey, with a decade spent in California, Chris relocated to Kansas City in 1994. Felicia has over 20 years experience in project management, customer service and education. This unique combination allows her to function as a trusted advisor during your real estate transaction. Her decision to transition into Real Estate as a career was heavily influenced by the Keller Williams values and belief system that guides how we treat each other and how we do business. As a licensed Realtor® in both Missouri and Kansas, Felicia can help you buy, sell or invest in real estate anywhere in the Kansas City Metro area.
Her greatest strength is in educating clients on all aspects of the process, providing all the necessary information so they can make the best decisions possible for them and their families. In 2019 she earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)certification to gain the expertise to meet the unique needs of buyers and sellers over the age of 50. As part of the Master Faculty for the largest broker in the Northland, she participates in training other Realtors and helping them succeed.
In her spare time, Felicia enjoys yoga, cooking, gardening, hiking, kayaking and spending time with family.
